You have a choice of either delivering the device to us personally, or calling us for a house visit. We will examine your device and, provided that the estimated repair costs remain below the previously agreed limit, the device will be repaired immediately.
Should the cost be higher than the agreed limit, we will call you to discuss if you still wish for your device to be repaired. If you do not agree, e.g. if you find the price too high, then you need only to pay a standard fee for our examination.
